Build and scale the HR function across a multi-state restaurant organization. Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, compliance, policies, workforce planning, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS systems, training, and manager coaching. Ensure compliance with California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, and Hawaii labor laws while tracking HR KPIs such as turnover, time-to-hire, and employee relations outcomes. Support restaurant operations through remote work, site visits, and occasional travel.

Supports comprehensive HR operations across multiple restaurant and retail locations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, investigations, performance management, training, and policy development. The role partners with managers, handles employee inquiries, administers HR programs, maintains employment-law compliance, and supports employee engagement and recognition. Travel between locations may be required, and the position will transition from remote to in-office work.

Processes vendor invoices and payments, maintains accurate accounts payable and vendor records, reconciles statements, resolves discrepancies, assists with month-end close and reporting, and supports accounting process improvements. The role collaborates with vendors, Accounting, Procurement, and internal teams while ensuring transactions follow company policies and procedures.
