Leads the enterprise cybersecurity program, including strategy, governance, cyber risk, federal compliance, security architecture, DevSecOps, cloud security, incident response, resilience, third-party risk, data protection, and workforce security. Advises executive leadership and the Board, manages security teams, budgets, vendors, and transformation roadmaps, and oversees CMMC, NIST, DFARS, CUI, and FCI compliance.
