The role requires deep technical fluency in SQL, data models, pipelines, and statistical analysis, along with US healthcare data knowledge and effective use of AI tools.

Lead end-to-end healthcare analytics consulting projects, translating ambiguous business questions into analyses, managing cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary client contact. Conduct statistical analyses and modeling, monitor project performance, mitigate risks, improve team processes, develop team capabilities, identify account growth opportunities, and provide thought leadership in healthcare analytics. The role requires strong quantitative, communication, project management, client relationship, and SQL, Python, or R skills.
