As a Backend Engineer, you will own end-to-end backend systems, build reliable APIs on Node and AWS, and implement scalable architectures. You will be responsible for high-quality production code delivery, establish best practices, and interface with product teams to enhance financial product performance.

Lead and build influencer, creator, and affiliate acquisition channels end-to-end: sourcing, negotiating, and running performance-driven deals. Convert creator content into whitelisted/Spark ads, own channel CPA and volume, analyze attribution and incrementality, and create playbooks and templates to scale partnerships while supporting organic brand initiatives.
