Serve as a senior HR partner handling employee relations, compliance, benefits and leave administration, HR operations, HRIS data integrity, and compensation support. Lead projects, improve processes, develop resources and trainings, collaborate with Payroll/Talent Acquisition, and support multi-state compliance while enhancing the employee experience.

Coordinate and execute corporate meetings, leadership programs, retreats, and conferences including logistics, vendor coordination, attendee communications, travel and hotel arrangements, on-site support, expense tracking, and event documentation to deliver organized, positive attendee experiences.

The Project Accountant will provide financial and administrative support for project delivery, manage contracts and invoices, and assist in project coordination and budget management.

Support Project Managers by maintaining project cost accounting (BST11), tracking budgets and subconsultant contracts, preparing monthly billings and financial reports, managing A/R and collections, improving accounting processes, and mentoring junior cost accountants.

Lead shared services operations supporting finance, payroll, HR, and IT: manage office logistics, calendars, records, equipment, vendors, SOPs, onboarding, employee engagement, SharePoint content, meetings, site visits, safety/insurance support, reporting, and process improvements to scale consistent workplace experiences.

As an Engineering Project Manager, lead multi-discipline design teams in delivering industrial projects, managing budgets and schedules, and building client relationships while ensuring quality and efficiency.
