Processes project billing and accounts receivable, interprets contract billing requirements, sets up projects, enters subcontractor invoices, and prepares cost reports using BST 10 Global. Partners with project managers and coordinators on invoice approvals, financial reporting, and project closeout. Requires accounting knowledge, billing experience, strong Excel and Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Supports multiple project managers through contract administration, project controls, budgeting, invoicing, scheduling, workload forecasting, and client or subconsultant coordination. Prepares fee estimates, scopes of work, agreements, invoices, progress reports, and financial tracking spreadsheets. The role also provides broader planning-team operational support while ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.

Design and manage mechanical engineering projects involving moveable structures, industrial waterfront infrastructure, machinery, piping, hydraulic systems, and bulk material handling. Perform machine design, stress and fatigue analysis, FEA, kinematic and dynamic analysis, and develop SolidWorks drawings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, support project delivery, and conduct occasional field observations at project locations.
