Manage project cost accounting for a 150+ person engineering group: set up and maintain projects/budgets in BST11, prepare monthly client billings, monitor A/R and collections, produce month-end and year-end financial reports, collaborate with Project Managers and corporate accounting, improve accounting processes, and mentor/training of project cost accountants.

Support project managers across design and construction phases by coordinating project controls, schedules, contracts, invoices, QA/QC, submittal/RFI routing, meeting administration, project accounting, and business development support to help deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFQs/RFPs: write, edit, and proof narratives; manage deadlines and teams; design proposal layouts and collateral; maintain databases and support interviews and award pursuits.
