Manage all pharmacy operations within legal and corporate policies: supervise staff, control inventory and labor, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial performance, provide clinical services, support customer service and community outreach, and train/coaching staff.

Assists the coffee shop and department managers with customer service, sales and profit goals, inventory, ordering, product preparation, food safety, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and associate training. Prepares coffee shop items, maintains a clean and safe environment, monitors product freshness and temperatures, addresses inventory discrepancies, and supports daily store operations while promoting company values.
