Serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to Operations, Development, and Global Program leaders. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, leadership development, engagement, compensation, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Advises leaders on talent and workforce risks, supports compliance with employment laws, SOX, and FDA requirements, and helps align HR programs with business growth and biotech industry practices.

Leads enterprise IT strategy, portfolio management, AI governance and enablement, cybersecurity initiatives, change management, communications, GxP validation and audit readiness. Oversees IT governance, operating-model improvements, budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination. Partners with executives and business system owners to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, support regulated systems, and drive digital transformation across the biotechnology organization.
