Lead the IT workstream for complex business separations, divestitures, and Transition Services Agreements. Manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, vendors, and technology impacts across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, networks, and end-user technology. Coordinate internal teams and service providers, align technology requirements with business needs, and deliver executive reporting and recommendations throughout transition, stabilization, and exit activities.

Lead an integrated business divestiture and separation program through TSA management, Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition, and longer-term separation. Establish governance, operating cadence, integrated plans, reporting, and decision frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and executive communications, while ensuring business continuity and readiness across people, processes, technology, systems, data, vendors, and operating models.
