Drives in-store merchandising, product placement, promotional execution, store-team engagement, training, new product launches, store openings, and retail partner relationships. Uses sales data and store observations to prioritize territory coverage and recommend actions. Requires approximately 80% travel, frequent overnight stays, and independent territory management.

Territory sales role supporting calf producers in the PNW. Coach and develop dealer/cooperative sales members, grow feed and technology sales, build strategic customer relationships, execute on-farm training, and meet sales and budget targets with regular travel.

Provides strategic employee relations guidance for California locations, conducting complex workplace investigations, advising leaders on employment law, performance, accommodations, risk, and compliant resolutions. The role partners with Legal, Labor Relations, Security, and HR; facilitates training; analyzes case trends; improves processes; and manages confidential matters. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, California employment law expertise, and travel to field locations are required.
