Partner with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to translate workforce questions into metrics and actions. Manage HRIS configuration, integrations, security, automations, data quality, system projects, and annual people cycles. Train managers and People teams while protecting employee data and delivering scalable self-service solutions.

Own the go-to-market master data management roadmap and governance model for accounts, contacts, and organizational hierarchies. Define golden record, matching, merging, survivorship, data quality, stewardship, and SLA standards across Salesforce, billing, finance, marketing, product, support, and warehouse systems. Partner with engineering, systems, finance, legal, and security teams to implement integrations, privacy controls, data products, and remediation programs. Report data health, risks, and business impact to leadership.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating rhythms for People programs, systems, analytics, and responsible AI. Oversees a small team, HR technology integrations, data quality, workforce reporting, employee lifecycle processes, change management, vendors, and cross-functional programs. Translates workforce data into executive insights and scalable recommendations while improving employee support, operational efficiency, governance, and responsible AI adoption.

Own the strategy, administration, compliance, renewal, and optimization of US and global employee benefits programs. Manage vendors, carriers, brokers, benefits technology, integrations, budgets, and regulatory filings. Lead open enrollment, analyze plan costs and utilization, resolve complex employee cases, deliver benefits communications, support acquisitions and new geographies, and advise senior People, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders.

Build and maintain high-performance, resilient SDKs across multiple programming languages and platforms. Develop features, improve reliability, collaborate with engineering and product teams, maintain open-source repositories, and influence technical and product decisions. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, polyglot development ability, library-building experience, production-quality coding, and expertise in unit, integration, load testing, and benchmarking.

Leads global People Operations and Talent Acquisition Operations across employee and candidate lifecycles. Establishes operating models, service standards, controls, documentation, and scalable workflows; oversees compliance-related processes, vendors, employee experience, recruiting operations, and Greenhouse workflows. Partners with People Programs, Systems & Analytics and cross-functional leaders on systems, data governance, automation, change adoption, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Build, automate, and operate scalable AWS infrastructure, including networking, compute, CI/CD, databases, and observability. Owns operational health and a multi-quarter infrastructure insourcing program while guiding technical priorities, automation, migrations, AI-assisted engineering practices, cross-team collaboration, hiring, and team development.

Drives net-new enterprise customer acquisition within a defined territory. Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline generation, complex enterprise sales, C-suite engagement, tailored solution development, contract negotiation, quota attainment, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires independently managing complex sales cycles, using data and CRM tools, building business cases, and closing high-value deals with technical buyers such as CIOs and CTOs.

Leads corporate marketing and external communications, shaping company narrative, market positioning, thought leadership, public relations, analyst relations, social media, and executive visibility. Manages a three-person communications team, partners with executives and Product Marketing, identifies engagement opportunities, supports analyst relationships, and tracks influence metrics. The role requires extensive B2B software communications leadership experience, strategic storytelling skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for developer and executive audiences.

Leads growth marketing analytics for a B2B SaaS product-led growth motion. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams; advocate for customers; ensure reliable data foundations; monitor industry trends; and mentor other product managers. Candidates need substantial product or data-intensive engineering experience and strong knowledge of modern data architectures.

The Staff Engineer will build data-driven experimentation systems, lead statistical engine design, ensure correctness in A/B testing, and mentor team members while collaborating cross-functionally.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs for LaunchDarkly’s experimentation platform. Own systems supporting experiment setup, event ingestion, metric computation, and results processing. Contribute to architecture, reliability, observability, deployment safety, incident response, and technical direction.
