Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, platform definition, and go-to-market for LaunchDarkly’s end-to-end data products, spanning SDK ingestion, data infrastructure, analytics, observability, experimentation, and AI-powered experiences. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams; advocate for customers; ensure reliable data foundations; monitor industry trends; and mentor other product managers. Candidates need substantial product or data-intensive engineering experience and strong knowledge of modern data architectures.

Leads global payroll operations across multiple countries and entities, overseeing processing, compliance, controls, vendors, reconciliations, reporting, audits, systems, and continuous improvement. Partners with Finance, Accounting, People, Legal, IT, and Total Rewards on payroll accounting, tax, equity, employee lifecycle changes, and system enhancements. Serves as the senior escalation point, improves employee experience, manages payroll metrics and forecasts, and develops payroll team members and external partners.

Build backend APIs, Go services, data pipelines, and agent infrastructure for Vega, LaunchDarkly’s AI-powered observability platform. Design sandboxed agent execution, usage metering, dashboard creation capabilities, and enterprise data integrations. Own features from design through production, operate high-throughput systems, contribute to architecture and code quality, mentor teammates, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations.
