Teams at LaunchDarkly

Lead LaunchDarkly’s product management organization across all product pillars, owning organizational design, roadmap execution, product operating systems, portfolio discipline, packaging, customer insights, and commercial outcomes. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to deliver reliable product commitments, improve activation and expansion, and apply AI-assisted practices to increase development leverage and delivery speed.

Own post-sales customer success for LaunchDarkly accounts, guiding onboarding, implementation, adoption, risk mitigation, renewals, and expansion. Provide technical and prescriptive guidance to developer-focused customers, build champions and executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage retention and renewal forecasts. The role requires strong customer success, sales, project management, and technical product experience, preferably in DevOps.

Own HR systems, People analytics, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and AI-enabled insights. Partner with People Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to translate workforce questions into metrics and actions. Manage HRIS configuration, integrations, security, automations, data quality, system projects, and annual people cycles. Train managers and People teams while protecting employee data and delivering scalable self-service solutions.
