Lead change management and tailored adoption strategies, run business reviews, coordinate implementation/training/support/product teams, manage renewals and expansion, identify and mitigate churn risk, maintain account health and forecasting, and advocate customer needs internally to deliver measurable client outcomes and increased product utilization.

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to law firms, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings for Business Development, build relationships via social platforms, meet weekly/monthly KPIs, and exceed team sales targets while leveraging CRM and sales tools.
