Lead and operate an early childhood education center: recruit, hire, schedule and coach staff; implement curriculum; ensure compliance with company and state licensing; maintain a safe, educational environment; engage families and help achieve center profitability.

Assist the School Director to ensure safe, effective school operations and compliance with licensing. Lead the school in the director's absence, promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, recruit and retain staff, foster a caring educational environment, and support center profitability and positive community image.

Lead Teachers develop and implement preschool lesson plans, manage classroom operations, mentor other teachers, ensure compliance with licensing and company standards, and build relationships with families to support children's growth.
