Lead and scale the accounting function for US and India entities, overseeing close, reporting, tax compliance, audits, revenue recognition, controls, and cross-border operations. Implement and optimize ERP and finance systems, support Series C fundraising and investor reporting, establish SOX readiness, and build the accounting team. Partner with the CFO, FP&A, HR, Legal, Sales, and Engineering on financial operations, contracts, payroll, budgeting, and compliance.

Build and lead Leena AI’s enablement function across internal teams, customers, and partners. Develop AI-first knowledge systems, in-product guidance, documentation, communities, playbooks, and partner accreditation. Establish enablement strategy, hire and manage the team, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure outcomes including self-service adoption, answer deflection, time to value, community engagement, and partner-led go-lives.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise customers, including executive demos, solution architecture, integrations, RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and proofs of value. Configure AI agents and workflows, architect integrations across HR, IT, and Finance systems, support consultative selling, enable account executives, and share customer feedback with engineering and product teams.
