Mid-level Product Manager responsible for end-to-end ownership of a product domain on LevelTen's renewable energy transaction platform. Conduct user and stakeholder discovery, define requirements and UX with design, partner with engineering on feature and platform work, write PRDs and user stories, and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable B2B SaaS solutions for energy buyers and sellers.

Manage review, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts (MSAs, subscriptions, confidentiality, fee agreements) for North American business. Collaborate with sales, finance, cybersecurity, and operations; track contract compliance using CLM tools; monitor third-party transaction performance; and support regulatory, compliance, and process improvement efforts.

Lead internal AI adoption by building in the Claude ecosystem, designing agentic workflows and automations, training teams, partnering with IT/InfoSec for secure rollouts, owning the AI roadmap, and measuring usage and impact across departments.

Lead a two-person account management team while personally owning strategic North American and global accounts. Drive renewals, net retention, and marketplace engagement; coach direct reports, maintain Salesforce hygiene and renewal forecasting, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to represent customer needs.
