Own internal engineering programs from scope through delivery, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and cross-team communication. Coordinate weekly releases, vulnerability releases, and hotfixes while maintaining project cadences, reporting, decision logs, and documentation. Analyze engineering delivery metrics, improve SDLC processes, support vendor governance, and reduce manual work through tooling, automation, dashboards, and reporting. Partner across Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Technical Program Management.

Leads LevelTen Energy’s global marketing and communications function, including brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, public relations, executive communications, content, events, social media, and website performance. The role manages a distributed team, budget, agencies, and growth systems while connecting marketing initiatives to pipeline, revenue, and market leadership. It requires extensive global marketing leadership, strong writing and communication skills, clean energy market knowledge, and experience working with international teams.

Manage review, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts (MSAs, subscriptions, confidentiality, fee agreements) for North American business. Collaborate with sales, finance, cybersecurity, and operations; track contract compliance using CLM tools; monitor third-party transaction performance; and support regulatory, compliance, and process improvement efforts.
