Develops growth strategies, manages onsite merchandising and lifecycle campaigns, optimizes Amazon content, establishes KPIs, analyzes performance, and coordinates cross-functional launches. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, testing, customer retention, and collaboration with brand, creative, marketing, and external partners.
