Provides on-site clerical and administrative support for insurance advocates during medical insurance open enrollment. Responsibilities include processing applications, denials, discontinuations, and enrollments; contacting clients, case managers, insurers, and partners; maintaining accurate client records; performing data entry and status reporting; and advocating for clients under supervision. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, accuracy, communication, customer service, and knowledge of insurance programs and Washington regulations.
