Drive sales and margin growth, curate assortments, coordinate sampling and production, negotiate costs, manage overseas vendors, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and communicate timelines across internal and external stakeholders.

Design and develop manufacturable kitchen and bar tools from concept to production. Create and modify 3D CAD, prototype parts, run design verification experiments, manage overseas technical communication and factory approvals, update BOMs, define inspection tolerances, and collaborate with Industrial Design, CMF, PMs, suppliers, and Quality to launch products on schedule.

Lead CMF design for private-label drinkware: create color, material, finish concepts, illustrations, production files and technical packs; research trends; collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to drive concepts from concept to production and prepare customer-facing presentations.
