The DevOps Engineer will manage and optimize platform operations, infrastructure, reliability, security, and production processes. Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, maintaining AWS and containerized infrastructure, troubleshooting degraded services, improving monitoring and logging, and managing security tools. The role requires collaboration, documentation, system-level troubleshooting, and client-facing communication. This is a full-time remote position supporting a long-term federal contract project.

Designs, implements, integrates, and optimizes scalable ServiceNow solutions for IT modernization. Leads architecture, custom application development, workflow optimization, data migration, performance improvements, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting. Provides technical leadership, mentors developers, documents systems, ensures security and compliance, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders. Requires extensive ServiceNow expertise, platform certifications, security clearance, and experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, Agile, and DevOps practices.

Lead requirements gathering and process design for federal ServiceNow implementations. Translate mission needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, workflows, and data models. Manage backlog quality, gap analysis, Agile processes, UAT, peer reviews, and federal-compliant deliverables. Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, coordinate with architects and government personnel, ensure Section 508 and FISMA/NIST compliance, and mentor junior analysts and developers.

Own full-stack modernization delivery for complex federal mission systems. Analyze legacy workflows, identify essential functionality, and translate requirements into scalable platform-based applications. Develop Java and Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, integrations, and React-based user interfaces. Support the full software development lifecycle, troubleshoot application and data layers, collaborate with stakeholders, and uphold engineering best practices.

Develops and enhances ServiceNow applications for federal clients, including configuration, custom scripting, integrations, workflows, and performance improvements. Advises functional and administrative teams on platform architecture and best practices, translates business requirements into technical solutions, supports multiple instances and domains, and participates in Agile/Scrum delivery. The role also supports application rollouts, enterprise monitoring, system stability, and data analysis.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications for federal clients, including configuration, custom development, integrations, scripting, workflows, ACLs, and performance improvements. Provide architectural guidance, advise functional and administrative teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, support multiple instances and domains, and participate in Agile/Scrum delivery. The role also involves platform stability, enterprise monitoring, customer collaboration, and analysis of large datasets.
