Lead requirements gathering, process design, and user story development for federal ServiceNow implementations. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, perform gap analyses, define Agile processes, review requirements and functional designs, and guide junior team members. Develop workflows, process maps, data models, UAT plans, SOPs, user guides, and training materials. Ensure solutions comply with federal accessibility and security standards, including Section 508 and FISMA/NIST controls.

Own full-stack delivery for a federal modernization initiative. Analyze complex legacy workflows, identify mission-critical functionality, and translate requirements into scalable applications on the Palantir platform. Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and user-facing components; support the full software development lifecycle; troubleshoot across application and data layers; and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Develop, configure, implement, and enhance ServiceNow applications for federal clients. Responsibilities include scripting Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities; advising teams on best practices; translating business requirements into technical solutions; supporting Agile development; analyzing performance issues; and maintaining platform stability across multiple instances and domains.
