Owns audit evidence collection, technical control validation, continuous monitoring, and compliance documentation across FedRAMP, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks. Partners with IT, Engineering, and DevOps teams, supports external assessors, automates evidence collection, tracks remediation, and contributes to risk assessments, threat modeling, vendor reviews, and AI security safeguards.

Leads IT and security projects, hardens Microsoft 365 E5 environments, improves identity and device security, and builds integrations and automation. Administers M365, Workday, Zendesk, and related systems; manages Intune policies, incident response, continuity testing, documentation, and compliance alignment. Serves as a technical escalation point while supporting troubleshooting, system maintenance, vendor evaluation, and operational improvements.

Manage and renew assigned enterprise client accounts while expanding revenue through upselling additional services and fees. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, complete Salesforce activities, scope A-LIGN services, and communicate client needs to service delivery teams. The role involves developing strong client and partner relationships through phone, internet, site visits, and industry trade shows. Experience in account expansion and cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services sales is preferred.
