Leads business development across Lineage’s U.S. operations by retaining customers, expanding new-business pipelines, achieving sales and EBITDA goals, forecasting revenue, conducting customer QBRs, identifying optimization opportunities, negotiating contracts, and supporting regional growth initiatives. The role collaborates with Operations, Finance, and other leaders while managing market strategy, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
