Own the technical direction and architecture of Arbor, Linktree’s shared frontend design system. Build and maintain component libraries, APIs, tokens, theming, accessibility, and documentation. Establish frontend engineering standards, guide platform strategy, manage versioning and adoption, and lead complex cross-team initiatives from definition through rollout. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders, mentor engineers, and raise technical quality across the organization.

Build and iterate growth experiments, onboarding flows, promotions, and re-engagement campaigns. Design and integrate services/APIs and cloud infrastructure, instrument and analyze product data, apply AI where useful, improve system reliability, and mentor peers to drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

Lead activation strategy across the early user journey to accelerate time-to-value and retention. Define activation milestones, run high-velocity experiments, analyze funnels and cohorts, partner with Data, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, and communicate results to executives to drive onboarding, engagement, and downstream conversion at scale.

Lead end-to-end product design for a core surface: frame ambiguous problems, set direction, ship high‑craft interaction and visual designs, prototype to production fidelity, partner cross‑functionally, lift design standards, and advance AI‑enabled design practices and design systems.

Lead the design and execution of a scaled, always-on creator content program: source, brief, contract, and manage high-volume creators; own creator budget and economics; build repeatable playbooks for seeding, whitelisting, affiliate mechanics; partner with growth for paid amplification; scale successful deals across verticals; measure and report performance and make scaling recommendations.

As a Staff Product Designer, you'll drive product-led growth by designing user journeys, shaping strategies, leading projects, and mentoring other designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
