Lead complex strategic-account programs, including statewide and multi-district SaaS rollouts, from kickoff through stabilization. Own program plans, governance, risk management, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, and escalations. Partner with Sales, Services, Product, and Engineering to deliver engagements on time and within budget. Manage or mentor project and implementation staff while improving delivery playbooks, templates, and PMO-style practices.

Supports presales activities for LINQ Nutrition solutions, including discovery, demonstrations, presentations, RFP responses, solution configuration, competitive positioning, and sales strategy. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate customer needs, support launches, provide roadmap insights, assist with complex implementations, and help retain at-risk accounts. The role requires strong storytelling, technical learning ability, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent travel.
