Build and maintain a pipeline of senior HR executives for interim, fractional, and full-time engagements. Target leaders who develop enterprise HR and people strategies, oversee talent management, shape culture and employee experience, lead organizational design and transformation, ensure HR compliance, and partner with CEOs and boards. Candidates should have extensive HR leadership experience, executive presence, and the ability to drive human-centric, AI-enabled workforce strategies across industries.

Own full-cycle net-new SaaS sales, from prospecting and discovery through demos, business cases, negotiations, forecasting, and signed agreements. Build territory and account plans, generate pipeline through outbound and industry channels, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Experience selling healthcare technology to provider organizations is preferred.

Owns enterprise-wide database design, security, reliability, performance, backups, disaster recovery, storage, patching, capacity planning, access controls, monitoring, and documentation. Partners with engineering teams across three divisions to standardize database practices, proactively resolve issues, and support production systems. Requires four or more years administering production relational databases and on-call support experience.
