Manages a portfolio of enterprise customers as a post-implementation technical expert and GRC advisor. Responsibilities include platform configuration, workflow routing, data imports, adoption and success-plan tracking, escalation management, customer milestone coordination, Salesforce administration, expansion opportunity identification, and advising customers on generative AI and automation capabilities. The role partners with Services, Implementation, and Account Executive teams and supports hybrid collaboration from Bellevue, Washington.

Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through rollout for mid-market and enterprise clients. Manage concurrent project timelines, risks, resources, utilization, and stakeholder communications. Lead discovery, requirements documentation, workflow design, platform configuration, data migration support, user training, and executive advising. Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams while helping customers leverage GRC and AI capabilities to improve risk and compliance workflows.

Own and build LogicGate’s procurement function, including vendor negotiations, contract renewals, cloud and AI spend management, software license utilization, procurement intake, vendor setup, purchase orders, invoice matching, and executive spend reporting. Partner with the CFO, senior leaders, Legal, InfoSec, and other teams to reduce costs, manage risk, and establish scalable procurement processes.
