Provide administrative and project support to a hiring department, performing assigned tasks, troubleshooting basic office equipment, using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), communicating professionally, supervising or leading as needed, managing multiple assignments, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Assist department with assigned projects and general office duties. Use Microsoft Office, communicate professionally, manage multiple assignments, enforce policies, and support leadership, supervision, and collaboration as needed.

Provide revenue analytics and decision-support to operational leaders. Collaborate with FP&A, hospital finance, managed care, contracting, billing and clinical teams to analyze payor performance, contract modeling, service line revenue, and reimbursement. Develop data-driven insights, lead moderate-to-complex projects, and advise management on revenue opportunities and performance improvements.
