Teams at Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI)

Supervise and train shelter staff; maintain safety and cleanliness of shelter and grounds; manage intake, rosters, incident reporting, vendor coordination, light maintenance, community outreach, and documentation. Respond to emergencies, enforce policies, and support case managers to ensure client wellbeing.

Monitor shelter activities and safety during overnight weekend shifts; assist with intake/exit paperwork, incident reporting, light maintenance and cleaning, PPE protocols, participant support, and emergency response. Maintain logs, handle donations, prepare vacant units, and communicate operational issues to management.

Serve as primary technical contact during phone and computer system migrations: coordinate projects, manage vendor/telecom communication, provide troubleshooting and technical guidance, document progress, and support continuous improvement.
