Build and operate reliable, scalable cloud applications through automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and SLO management. Collaborate with software engineers on resilient system design, support development environments, improve operational processes, and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation. The role requires expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, networking, and observability, along with mentoring and leadership in SRE practices.

Designs, tests, monitors, and improves security and compliance controls across SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and related frameworks. Coordinates internal and external audits, evidence collection, POA&M remediation, control dashboards, security questionnaires, and client due diligence. Partners with technical and business teams to strengthen SaaS security practices and supports AI/ML assurance activities, including model risk and data lineage testing.

Build and automate security infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes, including cryptographic material lifecycle, telemetry pipelines, policy-as-code, compliance monitoring, and incident-response tooling. Develop agentic AI workflows using coding assistants, MCP integrations, and custom harnesses. Apply threat modeling and secure architecture review while partnering with engineering, risk, auditors, vendors, and clients. The role emphasizes production software, cloud-native automation, continuous control monitoring, and eliminating manual security toil.
