Lead and scale Product Design at Luxury Presence: define design vision and standards, partner with Product and Engineering to improve retention and WAUs, hire and develop designers, and integrate AI tools to increase design velocity while maintaining quality.

Own product marketing as a senior individual contributor: define positioning and messaging for the AI platform, create sales enablement assets, run product launches end-to-end, build the PMM operating system, and translate customer and competitive insight into revenue-driving materials.

Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success performance, including pipeline, funnel conversion, campaigns, retention, and revenue drivers. Build and maintain dbt models and marts using Salesforce and modern data-stack tools, while owning data quality and documentation. Contribute to Lighthouse, a BI-as-code platform, and develop AI-assisted analytics workflows. Partner with stakeholders to frame ambiguous questions, deliver recommendations, and communicate progress in two-week sprints.
