Define technical roadmaps, make architectural decisions, improve claims workflows, build AI features using LLMs and RAG, collaborate with engineering, data science, product, claims operations, and insurance partners, and support code reviews, on-call operations, and incident response.

Design, develop, deploy, monitor, operate, and maintain scalable systems and infrastructure. Collaborate with engineering, science, and product teams to drive projects from inception through launch. Write tested, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and build highly available detection and response platforms supporting security monitoring and threat identification.

Partners with engineering, product, and business teams to frame problems, perform exploratory analysis, build statistical and machine learning models, write production code, run experiments, analyze data, communicate findings, and support launch decisions.
