Owns the development, commercialization, performance, and lifecycle of new health plan and health system solutions. Responsibilities include solution packaging, pricing, positioning, sales enablement, customer engagement, KPI management, and roadmap influence. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Clinical, Finance, Network, Marketing, and Enablement teams to launch and optimize technology-enabled services.

Leads discovery and redesign of complex go-to-market processes, translating business needs into scalable system requirements and future-state solutions. Partners across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Salesforce, Gainsight, Engineering, and Data teams. Supports CRM, CPQ, workflow automation, integrations, and customer lifecycle initiatives while identifying AI opportunities, documenting processes, and aligning technical delivery with business outcomes.

Leads Lyra Health’s AI/ML engineering roadmap, scales and mentors machine learning teams, and drives production-grade systems for clinical applications. Responsibilities include people leadership, quarterly planning, technical architecture, design reviews, model governance, ML SDLC oversight, and deployment of reliable microservices on Kubernetes. The role partners with product, data science, and clinical stakeholders while ensuring safety, operational excellence, cloud scalability, and compliance for sensitive healthcare data.
