Partners with Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing to resolve challenges, communicate customer feedback, and deliver measurable business outcomes across enterprise accounts.

Designs, builds, publishes, and maintains responsive WordPress pages and website assets. Creates templates, landing pages, banners, and localized content while applying brand, accessibility, performance, and SEO standards. Uses WP Engine staging environments to test and deploy updates, troubleshoots layout issues, quality-checks pages across browsers and devices, and collaborates with SEO, Product Marketing, content, localization, and development teams.
