Supervise the Accounts Payable function, lead and develop the AP team, oversee accurate invoice and payment processing, manage vendor relationships, support month-end close, and maintain financial controls. Leads workplace services across 16 locations in Washington and Oregon, overseeing corporate real estate, facilities budgets, vendors, capital projects, tenant improvements, business continuity, travel programs, and employee workplace experience. Manages lease negotiations, relocations, vendor contracts, emergency preparedness, and cross-functional partnerships while leading and developing a seven-person team. The role is based in Seattle with regular travel to regional offices.

Configure, program, start up, test, commission, and troubleshoot building control systems for commercial buildings. The role involves working with HVAC, energy management, lighting, computerized controls, and communication networks; writing software aligned with project requirements; testing mechanical equipment and control components; documenting results; resolving issues; and delivering strong customer service while supporting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
