Manage accounts receivable collections, follow up on outstanding invoices, support cash application, resolve billing disputes, maintain accurate customer and collection records, analyze aging reports, assist with month-end reconciliations, and improve AR processes. The role works closely with internal teams and customers to reduce outstanding receivables and ensure timely, accurate payments.

Designs and coordinates HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects. Produces calculations, drawings, reports, and construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu. Manages multiple projects, coordinates with architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams, ensures code and quality compliance, mentors team members, and drives design process improvements.

Supervise the Accounts Payable function, lead and develop the AP team, oversee accurate invoice and payment processing, manage vendor relationships, support month-end close, and maintain financial controls. Serve as a key ERP resource by troubleshooting system issues, optimizing workflows, improving processes, monitoring reporting, and partnering with Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and IT.
