Manage the full lifecycle of government healthcare and commercial health plan proposals, including RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and ITBs. Build AI-enabled content libraries, coordinate cross-functional subject matter experts, develop persuasive narratives, manage review and approval processes, coordinate pricing and legal sign-off, submit responses through procurement portals, and improve proposal workflows. The role requires healthcare payment integrity knowledge, strong writing, project management, and meaningful daily use of AI tools.

Manages strategic health plan payer accounts, client satisfaction, service delivery, project lifecycles, financial results, and account growth. Leads cross-functional initiatives, resolves escalated issues, monitors account health and analytics, identifies efficiency improvements, partners with sales on expansion opportunities, and supervises, coaches, and develops Client Success Managers and Delivery Specialists.

Own the analytics data layer by translating stakeholder needs into certified dimensional models, governed metrics, semantic layers, dashboards, and reports. Build with dbt, SQL, Databricks, Power BI, and Airflow while ensuring data quality, observability, reconciliation, documentation, and dependable orchestration. Partner closely with finance, operations, and client-facing teams, automate recurring workflows, and use AI-assisted engineering practices in a fully remote environment.
