Drive the full engagement cycle for an AI-powered EdTech simulation platform, including prospect research, outbound outreach, consultative discovery, product demonstrations, instructor onboarding, pilot activation, adoption monitoring, feedback synthesis, and Salesforce reporting. The contractor will build higher education pilot opportunities, support classroom implementation, identify adoption barriers, document market insights, and develop continuation and advocacy plans.

Acquire and publish primarily fiction titles, negotiate acquisition terms, edit manuscripts, develop author careers, and build a cohesive publishing list. The Senior Editor collaborates with agents, authors, and internal departments to position books, prepare launch materials, maintain schedules, mentor colleagues, and supervise one employee. The role requires strong editorial judgment, industry relationships, fiction-market expertise, contract familiarity, and at least eight years of book publishing experience.

Build and manage relationships with educators, administrators, and technical contacts; monitor account health using Power BI, Amplitude, and Salesforce; lead customer training; troubleshoot access issues; create educational resources; support renewals and digital upsells; and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and customer success.
