Own financial and administrative equity reconciliations during customer migrations to the NextGen platform. Reconcile ASC 718 expense, tax, disclosures, diluted EPS, participant data, grants, and transaction histories. Analyze discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, create comparison reports and audit documentation, and coordinate resolutions across data, product, and reconciliation teams. Serve as a senior customer contact, manage deliverables and SLAs, lead customer conversations, and mentor junior contributors.

Plans and executes full-funnel B2B demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Manages campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and testing to improve lead quality, conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline sourced. Collaborates with Sales, BDR, Marketing Operations, Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams on campaign assets, lead follow-up, and performance insights.

Lead the strategy, vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of an Extended Planning and Analysis product. Engage customers and prospects, translate needs into requirements, collaborate with engineering and design, track adoption and outcomes, and support launches, go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement, and customer adoption. The role requires influencing cross-functional teams while delivering measurable customer and business value in enterprise SaaS.
