Leads enterprise-wide fundraising revenue growth across a portfolio of chapters. Advises chapter leaders and fundraisers on development plans, major gifts, donor engagement, solicitation strategy, KPIs, CRM practices, and revenue reporting. Delivers training, shares best practices, develops fundraising talent, supports strategic alignment, and collaborates with national revenue departments. The role requires relationship-based fundraising expertise, successful high-value solicitations, change leadership, coaching, and up to 20% travel.

Monitors and triages security alerts, investigates and documents incidents, supports identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, security awareness, phishing simulations, incident response, and security control checks. Collaborates with IT teams and an MSSP to resolve security issues, tune security tools, maintain documentation, and escalate threats. Requires availability for identity and access management, incident response, and escalation outside standard business hours.

Manages Make-A-Wish’s in-kind Cruise Line program, coordinating booking requests and supporting chapters. Partners with Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, vendors, donors, and the cruise line to optimize program use, develop processes and training, track utilization, report outcomes, synthesize feedback, and maintain documentation. The role requires travel-planning experience, strong communication and organization, Microsoft Office expertise, discretion with sensitive information, and occasional travel up to 10%.
