Leads site surveys, feasibility studies, engineering design, project scoping, cost estimates, and technical recommendations for utility modernization, energy efficiency, HVAC, and facility infrastructure projects. Coordinates internal and external engineering resources, supports client proposals and investment decisions, and provides technical oversight through implementation, including design-build coordination, reviews, and incentive integration. Requires regular travel to commercial, industrial, and utility client sites.
