Manages and grows sales partnerships across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon for Royal Canin PRO. Responsibilities include territory planning, primarily in-person sales calls, forecasting, partner recruitment, customer education on pet nutrition programs, sales presentations, relationship management, reporting, and collaboration with veterinary and business teams. The role requires extensive field work, overnight travel, event participation, a valid driver’s license, and use of Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI.

Manage sales across Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Western Montana, and Northern Idaho by growing retail accounts, expanding distribution, acquiring new customers, supporting distributors, and executing merchandising standards. Build retailer relationships, conduct product training, monitor market activity, maintain CRM records, report territory performance, and represent ORIJEN and ACANA at industry and consumer events. The role requires approximately 50% travel, overnight stays, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Leads global ingredient science research across flavors, mint, seasonings, grains, rice, potatoes, and related categories. Defines long-term technology strategy, converts scientific discoveries into commercialized ingredients, strengthens supply resilience, governs flavor development, and identifies intellectual property opportunities. Manages a global team of scientists, ensures research quality and safety compliance, and partners with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply, commercial, regulatory, suppliers, academia, and research consortia.
