The role also researches financial and exposure information, supports modeling and contract negotiations, and ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Supports workforce and rewards consulting engagements through industry research, data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, client problem-solving, brainstorming, and preparation of executive presentations. The intern contributes to solutions involving rewards, HR transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, analytics, and communications while collaborating with senior consultants and clients.

Manages the full lifecycle of reinsurance contracts, including drafting language, coordinating execution, answering contract inquiries, and analyzing agreements. Builds relationships with brokers and clients, mentors new colleagues, supports onboarding, and leads team projects such as training development and workflow tools. Requires reinsurance experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, task management, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
