As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate with defense and intelligence agencies to deploy customized Mattermost solutions in secure environments, addressing complex operational challenges and integrating AI capabilities.

Manage federal account renewals and expansions, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor. Coordinate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, and engage with Federal procurement and partner ecosystems to drive retention and growth.

Own and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts across the Americas by driving expansion (upsell/cross-sell), developing strategic account plans, leading discovery and product demos, engaging executive stakeholders, partnering cross-functionally to ensure renewals, and maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
