Own strategic post-sale relationships for complex enterprise healthcare accounts. Lead executive engagements, large-scale client initiatives, escalations, process improvements, and value realization across cross-functional teams. Analyze workflows, track success metrics, drive adoption, and provide recommendations that improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, ROI, and long-term partnership value.

Oversee end-to-end payer enrollment for multiple client accounts, coordinating vendors, providers, payers, and internal teams. Monitor SLAs, deadlines, documentation, and enrollment quality; resolve delays, rejections, and discrepancies; complete escalated enrollments; support revalidation; provide client updates; and maintain expertise in payer requirements, regulations, and best practices.
