Implements Medius spend management solutions for enterprise customers. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, solution configuration, workshops, training, documentation, testing, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and stakeholder updates. The consultant manages functional workstreams while collaborating with project managers, technical consultants, and customer teams. Candidates need at least two years of IT implementation experience, finance or accounts payable process knowledge, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ERP, spend management, purchase-to-pay, and professional services experience are preferred.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Medius cloud-based spend management solutions for national and global customers. Manage project scope, resources, timelines, budgets, documentation, change requests, stakeholder reporting, and delivery methodology. Serve as the primary customer contact, facilitate workshops, guide best-practice solutions, and coordinate project teams to achieve successful outcomes. The role requires strong communication, organization, IT understanding, and occasional travel.

Provides L2 technical support for Medius Payments, Supplier Management, and Supplier Portal applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application and technical issues, supporting customers and partners, identifying root causes, documenting resolutions, collaborating with R&D and other support teams, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, SFTP, and technical troubleshooting, with familiarity with REST APIs, SaaS, Azure, banking systems, and payment file standards preferred.
