Lead strategy, design, and delivery of BI reporting and analytics for healthcare revenue cycle. Define roadmap, KPIs, dashboards, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection. Partner with operations, development, and client teams to prioritize, implement, and communicate BI products that drive operational performance, client needs, and cross-client benchmarking.

Lead cross-functional technology projects through the SDLC, translate business priorities into plans, manage scope, risks, dependencies and stakeholders, standardize execution practices, report status, support change management, and drive continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and aligned to business objectives.

Design, develop, test, and support full-stack healthcare applications across the application stack. Modify and maintain existing software, enforce development best practices, participate in QA and SDLC processes, and collaborate with product, architecture, and support teams to deliver reliable solutions.
