Design, build, and optimize Java-based data pipelines and integrations from SQL/NoSQL and cloud sources. Create BI dashboards and automated reports, design storage for structured/unstructured data, document processes, and follow production deployment best practices to deliver actionable analytics.

Design, build, monitor, and maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure for enterprise production systems. Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, performance, and incident root-cause analysis while collaborating with development, operations, and security teams.

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate regulatory and business processes into BRDs; analyze market trends and competitor landscape; gather and prioritize product requirements; collaborate with Tech and Member Experience; drive data-informed, MVP-focused solutions; communicate technical changes and recommend product improvements to meet business and customer needs.

Plan and execute internal audits, evaluate controls and compliance (including Regulation SCI and SOC 2), prepare audit reports, liaise with external auditors, monitor remediation, and present findings to management and the Audit Committee.

The Software Engineer will develop and support the MEMX Trading system, focusing on high throughput event-sourcing applications and resolving production issues.
