Provides overnight customer service and operational support for exchange members. Monitors and troubleshoots trading and clearing systems, investigates issues using internal and external tools, logs and responds to tickets, and coordinates resolutions across internal and external teams. The role requires trade desk or exchange operations experience, knowledge of U.S. equity markets, FIX and SBE protocol support, real-time monitoring, and basic SQL, Groovy, or Python querying.

Design, implement, and maintain low-latency exchange network infrastructure. Configure network devices using Ansible and Python, monitor alerts, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, support customer connectivity and turn-ups, validate products, engineer secure solutions, and coordinate with data center and circuit providers.

The Software Engineer will develop and support the MEMX Trading system, focusing on high throughput event-sourcing applications and resolving production issues.
