Responsibilities include researching customers and payer workflows, onboarding medical practices, improving prior authorization processes, analyzing feedback, and building simple internal tools and processes. The role requires curiosity, resourcefulness, clear communication, ownership, attention to detail, and careful handling of sensitive information. No prior healthcare experience is required.

Manage end-to-end prior authorization workflows: submit and track requests across payer portals, gather and verify clinical documentation and codes, follow up with payers, support denials and appeals, document all actions, and communicate status with clinics and internal teams to prevent care delays.
